It is with heavy hearts that Sydni and Garrad Johnston announce the passing of their dear daughter Kaylee Ann Marvin. Kaylee was born in Payson, Utah on February 4, 2002 and returned home to her Father in Heaven on June 18, 2018.
Although Kaylee was only 16 years old she had an adventurous spirit and lived life to the fullest. She taught us all that this life was meant to have love and joy. She has a firm testimony and love of her Savior, Jesus Christ. She loved His plan and His purpose for her life. She was ready and knew she was needed to be called home at this time.
We know that Kaylee is with her Father in Heaven and with her biological father, Kurt Marvin, who she has been longing to meet and embrace. Kaylee is in caring and loving arms today.
We, the Johnston family, want all to know that we have been honored, amazed and blessed by the outpouring of love, support and prayers in our and Kaylee’s behalf.
Kaylee was preceded in death by her father, Kurt Marvin. She is survived by her parents, Sydni and Garrad Johnston; her seven siblings, Kyler Marvin, Kael VanTassell, Tatum Johnston, Kyler Johnston, Tyson Johnston, Alexis Johnston, and Chloe Johnston; her grandparents, Jeff and Julie Carlisle, Jim and Vangie Norton, Dick and Jody Marvin, and Gary and Judi Johnston; great grandmother, Blanche Adams, great grandfather, Carl Marvin and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 23rd at 11:00 am at the Santaquin North Stake Center, 545 North 200 East. Family will greet friends at the church on Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 9:30 to 10:40 prior to the services. Interment, Santaquin City Cemetery.
