Our beloved wife, daughter, sister, niece, aunt, and friend, Amberlee Rose Dunn Barnes age 25 passed away on July 2, 2016.  Amberlee was born on March 21, 1991 in Ogden, UT to Roberto G Dunn and Melonie L Smith.  Amberlee married Peter H Barnes in Santaquin on October 31, 2013.  Amberlee graduated from Payson High School and the LDS Seminary in 2009.

Amberlee faced many health problems throughout her life.  However, she lived her life to the fullest and always brought laughter and smiles to the people she was around.  Animals held a special place in her heart.  She was always wanting to love, care for, and rescue animals in need.  She would frequently volunteer her time at various animal rescue shelters.  She had many talents including music, art, and poetry.

Amberlee was always determined to live life on her terms and she made the most of her short life.  She always sought to be a peacemaker with family and friends.  Marrying Peter was the highlight of her life.  She was extremely devoted to her husband and loved him with all her heart.

Amberlee is survived by her husband and best friend, Peter Barnes, step-daughters Laci and Ava Barnes, parents Roberto Dunn (Victoria Dunn) and Melonie Smith (Stephen Smith), sisters Brittany Dunn (Mario Duran), Anna Dunn, Antonia Mougon, brother Stephen M Smith, nephews Derek Dunn-Wyatt and Christian Duran.  Many aunts, uncles, and cousins who love and adore her.

Funeral services for Amberlee will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2016 at 11:00 am at the LDS Chapel at 250 S 580 E Santaquin, UT.  A viewing will be held on Friday, July 8, 2016  from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Brown Family Mortuary at 66 S 300 E Santaquin, UT and at the church from 10:00 am to 10:45 am prior to the services.  Interment will be in the Santaquin City Cemetery.
