Betty Patricia Neff

Our Beloved Aunt and Second Mother, Betty Patricia Neff, peacefully passed away on June 8, 2023 and returned home to be with her loving parents, brothers and sister.

Pat was born June 11^th, 1951 in Salt Lake City to Betty Kathleen Heelis Neff and Alden E Neff, and became the younger sister to Eddie and Kathy. They grew up and had a wonderful childhood in Santaquin where Pat spent the rest of her life.

Pat graduated from Payson High School and later attended Utah Valley Technical College. She worked for many years at Wasatch and Zions Bank in Santaquin and later at Wilbur Ellis and Rowleys Red Barn where she was loved by her colleagues and customers.

Pat loved her nephews and nieces, and spent a lot of time celebrating their lives by attending ball games, recitals, programs and graduations. She loved vacationing with them, especially when she had the chance to enjoy Disneyland with them. She also enjoyed her cousins, and enjoyed many lunches and dinners and visits with them. Several of these cousins provided her tireless support and comfort in her last years.

Pat loved her pets, and had several dogs that meant the world to her. She enjoyed several years of serving as a grandmother at the local elementary school, and as a young women president and relief society president in her ward. She was a life-long member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and shared gospel messages of hope and joy with her family and friends.

She had a special relationship with her aunt June Heelis and the two were often found attending events of family members together. ‘Aunt Pat’ and ‘Aunt June’ were a part of too many events to count, and Pat served June faithfully until her passing.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents Betty and Alden Neff, brothers Ed and Kenneth, and her beloved sister Kathy. She was also preceded in death by her nephews Zach Larsen and Kolbey Neff.

Pat is survived by nephews Blakely Neff and Shayne (Leigh) Larsen and Randy (Laura) Larsen, niece Lauree (Kendall) Olsen, sister in law Lynette Neff and brother in law Wayne Larsen. She is also survived by numerous grand nephews and nieces.

Funeral services will be held at the Santaquin North Stake Center located at 545 N 200 E Church in Santaquin Utah on Monday June 12^th at 1:30 PM. A viewing will be held immediately before from 12:30-1:30.
