Christopher Bevard, age 47, of Eureka, passed away July 9, 2010. He was born December 25, 1962 in Provo, Utah to Erven Sherl and Tina Rose Cunningham Bevard.
Graveside services will be Thursday, July 15th at 12:00 noon at the Eureka Cemetery.
