Connie Jean Brinkerhoff Higginson, age 66 of Payson, died February 4, 2008. She is survived by her husband, Joseph of Payson, children, Derick Craig Perkins, Cedar City, Laurie Lee (Sal) Butere, Simi Valley, California, Joseph Todd (Vicki) Higginson, Washington; 7 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Donna Lou Briggs. Funeral services were held Friday, February 8, 2008 in the Holladay-Brown Funeral Home. Burial was in the Santquin Cemetery
