Diane Louise Morris Van Moos, 72, passed from this life Friday, October 29, 2010 with her husband, children and grandchildren by her side.

Born June 18, 1938 to Dwight and Hazel Morris. Diane graduated from East Palestine High School in 1956. She attended Eastman School of Music for one year and then transferred to Youngstown State University graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology. On January 23, 1959, she married her sweetheart Donald Van Moos. As a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Diane served faithfully in many callings. She and her husband served a 2 year mission in Lisbon, Ohio microfilming historic records. Diane enjoyed genealogy, gardening, music, reading and spending time with family. She had been a member of the East Palestine Garden Club for many years. Don & Diane moved to Utah 7 years ago to be closer to their children and grandchildren.

Diane is survived by her husband, Donald of Eagle Mountain, Utah; children, Gretchen (Michael) Cunningham, Santaquin, Utah; Michael (Lori) Van Moos, Santaquin, Utah; Elizabeth (Bradley) Reed, Eagle Mountain, Utah; Seventeen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Jon.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at 12:00 in the Eagle Mountain First Ward 1934 East Cedar Trails Way. Viewing will be held from 1045 - 1145 prior to services on Tuesday. Interment will be in the Lehi City Cemetery, 1100 N 400 E, Lehi Utah.
