Our mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great friend to many, Else Lydia Green, passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2006. She was born March 16, 1928 in Kochendorf, Germany. She is survived by a sister, Elfreda Nunmer; sons, Bill (Deanna) Green, Stanley (Nicole) Green, Scott (Karen) Green; daughters, Ramona (Jim) Ewell, Lillian (George) Sheehan; 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her two sons, Darvin John Green and Michael August Green.
Our mother was such a loving person and a wonderful mother. She taught all who knew her how to give, love and to have faith, always with a glitter in her eye and a smile. She could brighten anyone’s day she came in contact with. She will be greatly missed and always fondly remembered. We love you, Mama.
Services for Else will be Tuesday, December 5th at 11:00 a.m. in the Eureka Methodist Church. Friends may call at the Holladay-Brown Funeral Home, 66 South 300 East, Santaquin, Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday the church one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Vernon Cemetery.
