Hazel Marie Hensley Courtney, 90 of Payson, passed away at her home on September 12, 2013. She was born on July 5, 1923 in Lexington, Illinois. On July 11, 1946, she married William Russell Courtney in a Methodist Church in St. Louis, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by two sisters and one brother. She is survived by two children: David (Sara) Courtney of Salem, UT; Jan (Jim) Purkey of Fairview, UT; 4 grandchildren and 2 great- grandchildren.
At her request, no formal services will be held.
