John Ford

John Clark Ford, age 69 of Santaquin, Utah passed away March 29, 2014 in Provo, Utah.  John was born August 19, 1944 in Los Angeles, California the son of Leonard Walter and Mildred Grace Cooper Ford.  He married Nancy Lee Rose on April 24, 1970 in the Los Angeles LDS Temple.
John loved basketball and would find a pickup game to play four or five times a week often at BYU.  He loved to golf and play games with his family.  He loved people and would do anything for anyone and is loved and will be missed by many.  He had a great sense of humor and could always find fun.  John was an active and faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy, his sons, Jason (Beth) Ford, and Jacob Ford; his brother, Ken Ford, and two sisters, Gaylee Phipps and Gloria Martin.  He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held Friday, April 4, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Santaquin 16th Ward, 250 South 580 East, where friends may call from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. prior to the services.  Interment, Santaquin City Cemetery.
