John S. Jasperson was born in Goshen, Utah June 4, 1919 to Ervin Johnson and Rebecca Burraston Jasperson. He died June 12, 2006 in California. John served in the U.S. Army during WWII and the Korean war. John’s last years were spent in the VA hospital in Sepulvada, California.
He is survived by his wife, Ruby; step-sons, Fred Mortimer, Rich Mortimer and family; a sister and brother-in-law, Sally and Jim Takos and family; niece, Connie Crews; nephews, Nick Gardner and Eddy Jasperson and families; cousin, Erma Penrod and family.
Graveside services with military rites will be held Saturday, June 24, 2006 at 3:00 p.m. in the Goshen City Cemetery.
