Justin Roy "Berta" Lewis, 47 of Santaquin, Utah, passed away on June 23, 2026. He was born October 17, 1978 to Roy & Lisa Lewis in Payson, Utah.
Justin married April Ainge on February 17, 2001 and together they had four beautiful children who he lovingly called his "little homers" - Dak, Shineybug, Aus, and My Den. Although Justin and April later divorced, he always considered her his best friend.
He was always smiling and fun to be around. He was accepting of everyone, and anyone that had the privilege of knowing him was truly blessed. Justin was one of the most easy going people you could ever meet. He drew people in with his humor, kindness, big smile, and his pretty boy good looks. He was a perfectionist and everything had its place, especially his hair.
From a young age, Justin had a passion for the outdoors. He loved hunting, fishing, cowboying, and being in nature. He especially loved doing these things with the people he loved most.
Justin was an incredibly talented artist, winning multiple awards for his artwork. He loved softball and enjoyed playing alongside April and their kids as they got older. He seemed to only know how to throw strikes and hit home runs. One thing he never made easy though, was getting him to play in Spanish Fork because it was "too far" for this country boy.
Justin attended schools in Santaquin and Payson before becoming a journeyman in HVAC. He built a successful career and worked for 25 years with Local Union 312. He was a hard worker and made many friends over the years.
Justin is survived by his children Dakota (Kaylee) of Levan, CheyAnn (Nash) of Nephi, Austyn and Denver of Mona; the amazing mother to his children April Ainge of Mona; parents Roy & Lisa Lewis of Payson; siblings Tori (Waylon) Hewitt of Santaquin, Preston (Talia) of Payson, Jordan (Jacee) of Mona, Annalyn Duncan of Manti, and little Ricky T. He also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends and buddies who he cherished with all his heart.
Justin will be cremated and his family will scatter his ashes in a special place. There will be a Celebration of Life on Tuesday June 30, 2026 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Mona City Community Center, 20 West Center St. Mona, Utah.
Justin will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
