Bud was born to Lionell and Edris Finch Wall on December 23, 1929.  He married his sweetheart Betty Lou Morgan on November 27, 1955.

Bud served as a military policeman in the US Army in the Korean War and proudly served his country. The farming community knew him well and he was very proud of his family and the robust crops they produce. Residents of Santaquin knew him well for his presence on the road and community awareness.

Bud was witty and charismatic and loved to make people laugh.  He loved to see the orchards grow, produce and harvest, and also enjoyed working in the roads department at Utah County for many years. His strong will and perseverance was acknowledged by all even in the end.

Survived by his twin sister, Lazawn Jarvis and siblings Oran Wall, Thearl Park, and Verl Wall. He was very proud of his family including his 13 Grandchildren & 9 Great Grandchildren.
