"Aunt Joy"

Margaret Joy Crowther, 68, passed away peacefully November 29, 2009 in Salt Lake City. She was born March 6, 1941 in Fountain Green, Utah to Loren Don and Laura Della Rosquist Crowther.
Joy’s whole life revolved around her nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews. She would sacrifice all she had to give them anything they needed and they each felt like they were her favorite. She loved life and was adventurous. She would try anything including sky diving and rock climbing. She enjoyed sports and was a true Utah Jazz fan.
Joy was active in the LDS Church and served for many years in the Primary and loved the little children.
Joy worked in the credit industry for most of her life beginning with the Salt Lake Credit Union and then after moving to California she worked for TRW. She was a hard worker, very rarely missing a day.
She is survived by 9 brothers and sisters: Renee (John) Nethercott, her twin brother Jay Crowther, LaJune (David) Robbins, Gayle (Elaine) Crowther, Margy (John) Lomax, Carl (Alice) Crowther, Paul (Diane) Crowther, Bevin (Sharon) Crowther, Allan (Shellie) Crowther; numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews who truly adored her. She was preceded in death by her parents and a nephew, Justin Crowther, this past week.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 2nd at 12:00 noon in the Fountain Green LDS Chapel where friends may call from 10:00 to 11:45 am prior to services. Burial, Fountain Green Cemetery under the direction of Holladay-Brown Funeral Home, Santaquin.
