Sonia Antunez

Sonia Waldina Antunez, age 49, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on September 10, 2018 in Payson, Utah.  She was born October, 5, 1968 in San Pedro, Sula, Honduras to Ruben Peralta and Lidia Burgus.  She married Rodolfo Antunez June 7, 1986 in Santa Anna, California.

Sonia took pride in not only raising her biological children, but so many others. Her greatest accomplishments were her children’s successes. Sonia lived for her grandchildren. Spoiling her family was what made her life worth it. She was our #1 cheerleader and supporter. If love could keep her here she would outlive us all.

She is survived by her husband, Rodolfa Antunez; children, Rudy, Jessica and Chris; grandchildren, Destiny, Cali, Elison and Cruz; her mother, Lidia Peralta; and many family and friends.

A Celebration of Sonia’s life will be held Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 5:00 to 9:00 pm at Brown Family Mortuary, 66 South 300 East, Santaquin where all are invited to attend.
