Our loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Susan Vicki Young Van Ausdal, 68, passed away October 27, 2013 at her home in Santaquin. She was born April 8, 1945 in Payson, Utah to Alva Lawrence and Katherine LaVerne Orgill Young. She married Buddy Lee Van Ausdal August 9, 1962 in Mona, Utah.
Vicki enjoyed several crafts and hobbies. She loved to serve others and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, Bud, a daughter, Kathy (Shane) Cook, sons, Darin (Kim) Van Ausdal and Curtis (Deena) Van Ausdal; four granddaughters, five grandsons and 2 great grandsons.
Funeral services will be Saturday, November 2nd at 11:00 am at the LDS Church located at 250 South 580 East in Santaquin. Friends may call at the Brown Family Mortuary, 66 South 300 East, Santaquin, Friday from 6 to 8 pm and Saturday at the church from 9:45 to 10:45 am prior to services. Interment, Santaquin Cemetery.
