Leo Larson

June 8, 1933 — July 13, 2019

Leo L. Larson, age 86 of Lofgreen, Utah passed away peacefully at his home July 13, 2019.  He was born June 8, 1933 in Fairfield, Utah to Elmer E. and Allie Flack Larson. He married Jacqueline Jones who later passed away. He married Lisa M. Baumann January 22, 1993 in Lofgreen.

Leo was a lineman for Dugway Proving Ground (Civil Service) for 33 years. After retiring, he went to work as an electrician for Bergen Mine in Eureka, Utah. He was an active member of the Tintic Elks Lodge. He loved his home in Lofgreen and enjoyed raising cattle. He was visited often by friends and family. His home was open to all and he treated everyone like family. We will keep his infectious smile and laughter forever in our hearts.

The family would like to thank Julie Ann, Taylee and Justin of Central Valley Home and Health for their tender care.

Leo is survived by his wife, Lisa; sons Jim (Janet) Larson and William Elmer Larson, all of Lofgreen; step-daughter Tracy Ramsay, Price; 10 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren; sisters Verna Rostrum, Herriman and Gayle Naylor, Murray; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline, his parents, a son Brad Larson, brothers Doug Larson, Gary Larson and Blaine Larson.

Graveside services will be held Saturday, July 20th at 10:00 am at the Vernon, Utah City Cemetery under the direction of Brown Family Mortuary, Santaquin.
